At AlignWalk, your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and transparent returns process.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@alignwalkshop.com, including your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Exchanges

Should you require a different size or alternative model, we will gladly arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

Items marked as final sale or custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
